The deployment process is identical regardless of destination: MEA-licensed processing, a written employment contract, a proper work visa, and — where applicable — PBBY insurance and eMigrate/ECR clearance.

Documents to prepare
- Valid passport
- Updated CV
- Trade or experience certificates relevant to your target sector (construction, hospitality, manufacturing, drivers & logistics, care work, or agriculture)
- Passport-size photos
- Medical fitness report and police clearance certificate (arranged once a role is confirmed)
ECR-passport holders additionally go through eMigrate emigration clearance as part of the process. We confirm the exact checklist for your specific role before any payment changes hands.
