The legal-deployment framework is identical regardless of corridor: a written employment contract, a proper work visa, PBBY insurance, and — for applicable candidates — eMigrate/ECR clearance.

Documents to prepare
- Valid passport
- Updated CV
- Trade or experience certificates relevant to your target sector (construction, hospitality, manufacturing, drivers & logistics, care work, or agriculture)
- Passport-size photos
- Medical fitness report and police clearance certificate (arranged once a role is confirmed)
